We have used Conquistador Pest & Termite for pest control for the past 9 years and have been extremely happy with the quality of their service and communications.Recently we noticed a termite mud tube along our brick wall and Conquistador dispatched Sal who did a thorough inspection and confirmed an infestation - fortunately not inside the house. He recommended an exterior liquid termiticide treatment via a trench around the perimeter of the house. Quote was very reasonable and we scheduled the application.Austin performed the application work and did an excellent job. He dug a 4" trench around the home, applied the termiticide and covered the trench - as if it had never been dug. He was done within an hour. The treatment is guaranteed for a year and we will have ongoing inspections to prevent future issues.Overall, we highly recommend Conquistador for pest & termite control. Locally owned, reasonable prices and very responsive.

We noticed some odd small structures on the outside of our home and knew it came from some kind of insect. We called Conquistador P&T and they sent Ethan out within a day. He quickly identified the source (which was thankfully not termites) and did a quick run through inside and out to see if there were any other issues. He found nothing to worry about and let me know it was okay to just remove the structures with water. Fast, professional, no hard sell on anything else. I would highly recommend giving them a call for help if needed.
Yesterday Ethan inspected our home for termites. He was on time — introducing himself when he arrived and reporting his positive finding before leaving. We have been customers of Conquistador for over 20 years and never disappointed with their pest control service and skilled staff.
Conquistador has been taking great care of us for years. We recently had a surprise black widow appearance, and they scheduled a visit immediately. The tech was prompt, courteous, and clear in his explanations, and kind when explaining how a structure we'd built was inviting to spiders. Always a good experience with Conquistador!
A week or so ago, I came across a very, unhappy but very much alive Arizona Brown Recluse in my home office. Thankfully he was already in a storage container so I was able to get this photo without him taking off.We have bi-monthly pest control through Conquistador Pest and most often I don’t have them treat the indoor areas because (I’m either not available) but to be honest, they have done such a great job with the exterior that 98% of what comes in is dead not far from the point of entry. They also have a guarantee and will come back out and spray in between if there is an issue, though we have only had them out maybe twice in 2 years and I even offered to pay because the spiders in our backyard just went crazy with the Monsoons, really was beyond their control. But alas, they didn’t charge me.I called on a Wednesday afternoon, fully expecting to wait a bit for an appointment while trying to calm my anxiety, knowing that it could have been my 9 month old or 5 year old that this guy found instead of me.However, Conquistador had our wonderful technician Marvin to my home within an hour. Sure he happened to be nearby, but his workday was done so he could have easily told them to book us in for the following day. But the receptionist was absolutely a gem and made sure that we got it taken care of.We are working with him to figure out why our office seems to be the catch all for these bugs since we have resealed the exterior door and window, but we think it may be the vent that goes to the exterior “water closet” so that’s next on my list to reseal or pest proof.That being said, if you are in need of incredible Pest & Packrat Control—Conquistador is the people to call! They beat our previous company by half and Marvin does a much better job than they ever did. And clearly whatever he did worked because I found two more scorpions in there today but both of them were dead.
Terrence did a great job explaining how he treated our issue. He is very knowledgeable and personable. My only critique is that the last two times they came out, I asked for a call or text to let me know when he planned on arriving and I did not receive that. My wife works from home and needs a heads up before they come.
