Will my service change?
No. The scope and frequency of your service remain the same.
Will my technician change?
You’ll continue working with the same local team. You’ll likely meet additional Blue Sky technicians as we expand support.
Will my billing or portal change?
Keep using your Conquistador portal through December 31, 2025. In January, we’ll help you move to the Blue Sky portal.
Will my appointment reminders change?
Yes. You’ll now receive your service reminder 1 day before your appointment instead of 2. This helps keep reminders accurate and up to date.
Can I still request a specific service time?
Yes. We’ll continue honoring firm time requests when you need a set window. For customers with more flexible schedules, a wider window allows us to run routes more efficiently.

You can continue using the same number as before: (520) 624-5901.
